teh-NER GAH-nas deh — To feel like (doing something)
"Tengo ganas de viajar este verano."
I feel like traveling this summer.
Follows with an infinitive (tengo ganas de + verb) — an extremely common structure that doesn't map onto a single English verb, so it's worth learning as a fixed chunk.
