Who runs this site

GracielaTeacher (gracielateacher.com) is run by me, Graciela — an independent Spanish teacher based in Madrid. There's no company behind it, just me. For anything in this policy, the fastest way to reach me is Telegram: @bellawriter.

This site doesn't have forms or accounts

There's no sign-up, no contact form, no comments section, and nothing you can submit here. "Contact" always means an outbound link to Telegram or Instagram — once you tap it, you've left this site and whatever you send is handled by that app, under its own privacy policy, not this one.

The site itself is fully static (no server-side code, no database, no API) — it has nowhere to store anything you'd type in, because there's nowhere to type anything.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies at all, first-party or third-party. The only thing stored locally in your browser is a light/dark theme preference (via localStorage, not a cookie) — it stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Server logs

Like effectively every website, the web server that serves these pages keeps standard access logs (visiting IP address, the page requested, browser/user-agent string, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting — not for profiling, and not shared with anyone. These logs are rotated out over time rather than kept indefinitely.

What this site never does

It doesn't sell or rent any data to anyone. It doesn't run any analytics or advertising trackers (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Snapchat pixel, no session-recording tools). It doesn't require or ask you to create an account. It isn't directed at children.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or anywhere with similar data-protection rules, you can ask what's known about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted — in practice, since the site keeps essentially nothing tied to an identifiable person, there's rarely anything to act on. Reach out on Telegram (@bellawriter) with any request and it'll get a real, personal answer.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does ever changes in a way that affects your data (a new tracker, an actual form, etc.), this page gets updated and the "Last updated" date above changes.
