Last updated: October 3, 2026. These are the plain-language terms for using gracielateacher.com and the tools behind it.
Who you're dealing with
GracielaTeacher (gracielateacher.com) is run by me, Graciela — an independent Spanish teacher based in Madrid, Spain. There's no company behind it. You can reach me on Telegram: @bellawriter.
Using this website
The site, including the free Daily Spanish lessons, blog, FAQ and level guide, is free to read for personal, non-commercial learning. There's no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
Please don't copy, republish or resell the site's text, lesson cards or images in bulk without asking first. Sharing a link, or quoting a lesson with a link back, is always welcome.
Private lessons
Lessons are one-to-one, 60 minutes, by video call. They're arranged directly with me on Telegram — price, schedule, payment and any rescheduling or cancellation terms are agreed there, before the first lesson. Nothing on this website is itself a binding offer or a contract.
I'll do my best to help you learn, but progress depends on many things, including your own practice — I can't guarantee a specific level or exam result by a specific date.
Social media and publishing tools
I share lessons and short videos on my own social media accounts (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, Pinterest and TikTok). To do that, I use a small private tool on this site's server that connects to those platforms through their official APIs, only to publish to my own accounts.
That tool is not a public service: nobody else can sign in to it or connect their accounts to it. Its use of each platform is also subject to that platform's own terms — for example, TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms.
External links
This site links to other services (Telegram, Instagram, TikTok and others). Once you follow a link you're on their service, under their terms and privacy policy, not these.
No warranties, limited liability
The free content is provided as-is, written with care but without any guarantee that it's complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
How this site handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy (gracielateacher.com/en/privacy/). In short: no forms, no accounts, no trackers.
Governing law and changes
