Saying "no way" like a Spaniard

¡Qué va!

keh BAH — No way! / Not at all

"— ¿Estás cansada? — ¡Qué va! Estoy genial."
— Are you tired? — Not at all! I feel great.

A very Spain way to say "no" emphatically, often to brush off a worry or deny something. Same "qué" as in "¿qué tal?", totally different job.
