The impersonal "must/have to"

Hay que

eye kehOne must / it's necessary to

"Hay que llegar temprano mañana."
We need to arrive early tomorrow (lit. it is necessary to arrive early).

Unlike "tener que" (which needs a specific subject: yo tengo que...), "hay que" is impersonal — useful for general rules or obligations that apply to everyone.
